Hi, I’m Milica — a licensed therapist who believes that therapy should feel safe, supportive, and human. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, or just feeling a bit lost, I’m here to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make sense of what’s going on.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a calm, grounded approach to therapy. The clients I enjoy working with the most are often thoughtful, driven people who find themselves feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. Many of them hold themselves to high standards, struggle with low self-esteem, or feel exhausted without fully understanding why.
I often work with people who feel like they’re stuck — in unfulfilling jobs, in relationships that no longer feel good, or in patterns they can’t quite break. Sometimes there’s a quiet sense that life could feel better — more meaningful, more manageable, more connected. I help clients explore what’s behind those feelings and support them in making sustainable, compassionate changes.
Together, we look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what you might need to feel more like yourself again. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy doesn’t need to be perfect — it just needs to be real.

Beyond the professional side — I’m 33, I’ve been working as a therapist for over seven years, and I genuinely love what I do. Like most people, I’m far from perfect. I’ve had my own struggles, and I continue to work on myself. I believe that being human is messy sometimes, and that’s okay. That’s actually what makes this work feel real and meaningful to me.

If we work together, my hope is that you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported — without pressure to be anything other than exactly where you are. You can expect a space that’s warm, non-judgmental, and curious. We’ll take the time to slow down, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and figure things out together.
Therapy can be a place to build clarity, compassion for yourself, and the confidence to make choices that actually feel good — not just “good enough.”
That said, not every therapist is the right fit for every person — and that’s okay. Finding someone you feel comfortable with is an important part of the process. If we’re not the right match, I’ll always support you in finding someone who is.
The most important thing is that you feel safe and supported enough to begin — everything else grows from there.
